Monero is one of the best cryptocurrency actually because its emphasis on your privacy on all the levels
I advice you to read (and support) this first chapter of this book If you don't know why this matter !
Be committed to a software by either using it or participating to it's development is not limited to the software itself ! you need to be able to exchanges with the community.
What currently Monero team propose goes totally against it's own goals !

I documented myself quite a lot about Monero and I have to admit nice piece of work 😍
I would like to start my own note but obviously I have some questions. I did look what you propose as a forum or community exchange between members and on your page hangout I only found linear chat option. Nothing as a built-in board forum, something when somebody have a question we can open a thread it stay open we can work on it and then close it when it's done
of course a forum it's a little bit job. But you don't need necessary to moderate it because

I advise you to look on Lemmy and that could really do the trick. And get rid of Reddit in the same time. I hope you will find a solution, who target the same goal as Monero.
So please do not use Discourse.
