Found block with `monerod`

Hi,
Time to time my monerod output a line like this

I found block <xxx> at height 28xxx for difficulty: 2xxx

This is not meaning that I'll be rewarded, the block need to be accepted by the network..
But how can I check the status ?

Does monerod has any capacity in that ?
or is XMRig better at that ?
